Garment Dye is a process in which a fully sewn garment is dyed in a vat
of color with several garments together at one time. The results of the
garment dye process creates garments in which no two are alike. There
will be differences in shading, color and in hue.
Our Camden Collection is made from a very ne French terry rib that has
a compact looped textured surface, similar to that of a bath towel.
Due to the natural bers of this knit and its relaxed appearance,
it is common for the loops to pull out unintentionally. Because of
the fabric’s organic and natural characteristics this type of
occurrence can be easily remedied by threading the loop
though a sewing needle and pushing the needle with the loop
through to the inside of the garment.
Each one of our Camden’s has a special hangtag
that reads: “Due to the dyeing process of this garment,
differences in shading and color may occur due to its
unique properties.Garments will gently fade over time for
an enhanced vintage and relaxed look. Please be aware
that no two garments are exactly alike.”
