Will you send me a catalog?
No, we are a distributor for over 50 manufacturers and do not stock catalogs. Hopefully, you'll be able to find the products you need using our on-line catalogs.


How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, mail, or on-line.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most blank items are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. If delivery time is critical, please contact us for further assistance.


What happens when I click on the button?
You are taken to the "cart" page where additional information such as sizing, upcharges for extra sizes, etc. is available. You are not committing to anything by clicking on the button. You can return to the page you were viewing by either clicking on the button or by using the "back" button at the top of your screen.

How do I get more information about sizing?
Click on the button then click on the arrow at the end of the sizing option for sizes offered.

I saw the Security Alert about a security certificate, what do I do?
At the bottom right of the Alert, click on View Certificate and Install Certificate. Follow the on-screen directions as you do the installation. When asked about adding this site to your Root Store, click YES.


Which credit and/or debit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, & Visa.

When is payment taken?
Payment is taken when the order is placed. If your merchandise is not available, we issue credit to your card as soon as possible.

Do you accept gift cards?
No. Gift cards do not process properly.

Do you accept checks or money orders?
No, we do not, only major credit cards are accepted.

Do you accept CODs?
No, we do not.


How is my order shipped?
Our normal method of shipping is UPS. However, some of the manufacturers who drop ship use FedEx, Airborne, etc.

Can I upgrade my shipping to get my order sooner?
Yes, we can let you know what the options are depending on the manufacturer of choice when you contact us. Many of our manufacturers can ship the same day if the order is placed before their cut-off time. Others will only ship faster once they are ready to ship.

Can I have my order shipped by US Mail?
Only International, APO's, FPO's, and Military orders will ship via USPS Express Mail. We only use Express Mail so there is a tracking number for your package. If shipping charges can not be calculated at the time your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail indicating the amount of this separate charge to your credit card account for your approval. International orders will ship to billing address only.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping and handling (S&H) costs are based on the weight of the package and the distance it travels. When placing an order on-line, you'll see the charge before finalizing the order. Remember, the more you buy, the cheaper S&H is because the first pound costs the most.


What is the minimum order I can place?
International / FPO / APO orders must have a $350 minimum to be processed. If the minimum order is not met, the order will not be processed. International order payments will be excepted by wire transfer only. A wire transfer fee of $10.00 will be assessed. No credit cards will be accepted.

How are international orders shipped?
International / FPO / APO orders will ship via USPS Express Mail.

Can I ship my order to an address other than the billing address?
No. For your protection, we will only ship to your billing address.

Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes?
You, the customer, are responsible for all duty and/or tax charges that may be levied at the delivery port of your country.
